About

Hello and welcome to my website

I’m Tracey, a Cognitive Behavioural Counsellor based in Dunlop, East Ayrshire. I have experience in working with young people and adults, individually as well as groups, to improve their mental health. I am committed to delivering client-centred support with the aim of empowering clients using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to suit individual needs.

I have worked with a variety of clients supporting them through depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, stress and relationship breakdown, including domestic abuse.  I have a good understanding of the Armed Forces life, for both the individual and their families, and have successfully worked through issues that this unique life can impose.
